Since all meals have been tested, we would ask that you closely follow our cooking instructions. But if there is a meal your family didn't like, we will happily refund the cost of that meal. We just ask that you write us a comment as to why you didn't care for it.

Cancellation Policy

Please call Dinner N' Dash as soon as a problem arises. We'd be happy to reschedule your session time for you at no charge. If you aren't able to reschedule, you will refunded 100% of your payment if we are notified 4 days prior to your scheduled session. You will receive a refund of 50% with less than 4 days notice. No refund will be given for cancellations that occur the day of the session or for no shows.

We understand that when we accept this information that we are responsible for the security of the card and the cardholder.
